Cancellation policy

Any cancellation must be given in writing. The day we receive your written notification of cancellation is the date on which your booking is cancelled. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 



The managing agent may, as its own discretion, waive its rights to cancellation fees.
